CUSTOM ART INFORMATION

• Production time is 2 - 7 days after custom art approval.
• Shipping / Delivery time is 2 to 14 days depending on where you are in the world. USA orders delivery time is 2 to 7 days by UPS or USPS.
 
-REFUNDS: Due to the custom design of each poster or frame, we do not offer refunds on custom designed graphics. If an item is damaged in transit, please notify us within 1 business day with a photo of the damaged product and we will reprint if the damage makes is so the poster or frame becomes unusable.
 
- CUSTOM DESIGN: If you would like us to design it for you, there is an additional 30 minute design charge of $26. After that, there is an additional $50 per hour design fee.

Please note:

  • Files must be in CMYK format
  • All files must be PC compatible
  • .AI files must have text “outlined”
  • .PSD files please “rasterize” all text layers
  • .CPT files please “render as object” all text
  • . CDR files please “convert to curves” all text

*All files should be “high resolution.” Files should have a minimum resolution of 100 – 120 dpi when at full size.

poster margins & size

  • RETRACTABLE BANNER STANDS POSTER SIZE & MARGINS

    • Please design poster at 33” x 80” (document size).
    • Use 1” & 3” margins as a reference only when designing.
    • Do not place any text/logos outside of these margins, just in case the poster should wrap into the stand.
    • Make sure background color or images runs the full 80” – 81” length of file.
    • Do not leave white space inside margins – it may show when the poster is upright in the retractable banner stands.
